Her ultimate goal We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle; our sales person, Uzma Shafqt made the entire experience very relaxing and pleasurable. Her ultimate goal was to understand our needs without the pressure of making a hasty decision. During our visit, she introduced us to Geoff Kelly and Allen Hartz, which made us "feel at home." When we were ready to close the deal, we had the opportunity to work with Glenn Davis, who was very knowledgeable and gave careful attention to detail regarding the transaction. Approximately eleven days past the dealer warranty date, we discovered there were some major issues with the vehicle; Scott Hansen, who was very understanding and accommodating, gave us the good news that Kelly Cadillac would cover the entire expense to make the repairs and that it would not cost a cent. He also loaned us a brand new Cadillac to drive while the repairs were being made. There are no words to express our gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Kelly Cadillac! More

It was time for a new vehicle and I met with Marc to go over my options. From the moment I walked in the Showroom...Allen was so kind and had the SRX waiting for me to test drive. I talked with Geoff and he assurred me Kelly Cadillac would do all they could to get me in a Cadilllac since I was familiar with the wonderful service they provided me over the years. Marc & Allen worked together to help me be at a price I was comfortable with. Glenn finalized all the paperwork with me and went over every detail which I appreciated. Marc then sat with me for over an hour and went over all the components in the SRX. I know this is a safe automoblile for my daughter and myself and I know if anything happens I can count on the service team here to help me. When it was time for us to get a larger vehicle, our first thought was to return to Kelly; we were very pleased with their excellent customer service approach. Working with Uzma Shafqat, who sold us our first car, was most helpful, courteous, thorough, and professional. She took the time to discuss what our needs were; what we were looking for both in terms of vehicle choices and financing options; and then made a number of suggestions that could meet our needs and expectations. Uzma showed us a number of vehicles, both sedans and SUV's. After test driving several, we selected the SRX model. Glenn Davis and Mark Gagliardi expeditiously processed and fully explained the paperwork; e.g. lowest financing terms, registration, and insurance card so that we were able to take the car home the same day. We'll be back for when servicing is due and to pop in and say "hello." More
