We being seniors have purchased many cars in our lifetime, but NEVER experienced the treatment we got at Kelly Cadillac....Our salesman, Howard Solodk We being seniors have purchased many cars in our lifetime, but NEVER experienced the treatment we got at Kelly Cadillac....Our salesman, Howard Solodky was truly the best, explaining all features and how they operated , and even transferred the Sirius for us.! Glenn Davis, the F&I manager at Kelly's that did all the transfers and paperwork for us was also a terrific guy to work with!. After making our purchase we met the young guy from detailing in the parking lot ( putting on our KELLY emblem ) and he was the sweetest, most considerate, young man, with a personality that you like right away. We were given a Cadillac racing hat and a neat umbrella along with the best treatment by EVERYONE that we met that day...I only regret that in our younger years we were unaware of Kelly Cadillac ..I will always recommend to my friends, family and who ever else that's looking for a vehicle to check out Kelly Cadillac because they can't be beat !!!! More

Uzma, our sales lady, greeted us with a friendly approach that felt sincere. We talked about our intent on purchasing a new car. We were impressed that at no time did we feel pressured to purchase but just to see what options were available. Once inside, Uzma introduced us to the General mgr,.and shortly thereafter Mr.Kelly,the owner and his wife came to Uzma's office and introduced themselves. The ultimate conclusion was the purchase of a new Cadillac. I was at a high-end car dealership buying a pre-owned off-brand vehicle (Trailblazer SS) and was never made to feel rushed or that my sale didn't matter, which was the opposite of my expectations before walking in. The owner (I believe) introduced himself as well, which again, I did not expect while not being a high-tier buyer. Should I ever decide to buy a Cadillac, they have my business just out of principle.
