Purchased a used chevy pick up truck with service engine light issues, the service department actually took the truck to a chevy dealer, after replacing various parts with no success. Turns out the truck ne light issues, the service department actually took the truck to a chevy dealer, after replacing various parts with no success. Turns out the truck needed extensive repairs ( timing belt,tensioner and actuator sprocket ), all work was completed with no cost to me, alone with a nice loaner car while the parts were ordered and repairs made. I was very impressed with their service considering it was not a expensive truck. If their service was that good on a relatively small purchase, they must roll out the red carpet for new vehicle purchases. More
