Patient and not Overbearing I started looking for a SUV in May 2019 and I met a dealer representative named Ms. Regina Nicotra. I test drove three different types of SUVs, the I started looking for a SUV in May 2019 and I met a dealer representative named Ms. Regina Nicotra. I test drove three different types of SUVs, the Kona, Tucson and Santa Fe. On that particular day, I did not purchase anything but Regina was professional and was not aggressive or demanding but offered her business card. At that time I told her that I was looking to purchase but was not sure what type or brand of SUV I wanted. I kept her card and we spoke on two other occasions. In the meantime, I test-drove several different models of SUVs. I’m an individual that is practical and want the most bang for my “Buck.” Although I liked most of the SUVs I test drove I did not love the sticker price. I re-visited Regina again in July and I test drove the Tucson, I got cold feet and still didn’t purchase. While the price to me was reasonable, I drive long distances and I wanted to be comfortable in what I acquired. I met Regina again and purchased the Santa Fe 2.0 T. Thank you for being the type of Salesperson who understands the gravity and pressure that exist when making a major purchase such as a vehicle.
