Thanks for the good work ! I recently purchased a used 2005 VW for a run around car for my wife for town,saw the car in the newspaper.Went down to just look,but after dealing wi I recently purchased a used 2005 VW for a run around car for my wife for town,saw the car in the newspaper.Went down to just look,but after dealing with Lee Richardson,bought the car that day.Buy with confidence from this salesman. Few days later had a small issue with transmission,Charlie HcHale called personally and told me he would take care of issue Mr. Glenn Ritchey Jr. assisted in this process( will add Mr. Ritchey was on vacation ,but to took time from his vacation time to assist men in this matter) ,been dealing with the Hall -Ritchey group for years,very fine dealership/ trusted services department .Thanks Dr. Larry Petker More

very unsatisfied!!! As I said previously I was lead to believe I was getting a GPS system in the vehicle and after the paperwork was signed I got in the vehicle and was As I said previously I was lead to believe I was getting a GPS system in the vehicle and after the paperwork was signed I got in the vehicle and was told there was no GPS system and all the salesperson said was sorry. No one tried to remedy .this situation. I am very unhappy with the vehicle. More

Very Bad Experience As I indicated early in your survey my overall experience with Daytona Hyundai has been nothing but a nightmare. I have had to write a complaint lette As I indicated early in your survey my overall experience with Daytona Hyundai has been nothing but a nightmare. I have had to write a complaint letter to Mr. Ritchey concerning their poo customer service and as stated earlier I have yet to received my paper work and finial contract. I purchased my car on September 6, 2015 and have yet to received any contract from any bank. The finance manager said that I have a bank ( Capital One )but I can't tell. Mind you my car note is due on Wednesday, October 21, 2015. This is not acceptable!! Please Help!! Oh by the way, I was told today Monday, Oct. 19, 2015 by Tracey, the Finance Manager, that I should call Capital One to find out where my paper work stands, that she would not be able to call the bank for me. Well I told her that that was her job not mind!! I did have a wonder Salesperson name Wendy Edwards.. More

She was friendly without being pushy. She raves about the Hyundai brand and knows all safety statistics and features. She has nothing but remarkable things to say about hyundai! She sold us our first Hyundai Sante Fe Sport 2.0 and we couldn't be happier. She made it the easiest purchase we have had, in dealing with car dealerships! My husband was looking to replace his third Toyota Tacoma! We test drove other make and models. Our sales consultant Jim Jones was super friendly and easy going. He really wanted us to be happy! My husband got a Elantra GT and couldn't be more satisfied. You get more from Hyundai than Toyota! Daytona Hyundai has the right stuff! Their entire staff works as a team and don't make you feel like you are purchasing a car! More
