We just purchased a brand new 2016 435i xDrive Convertible from Gloria. Talk about an easy deal, with no high-pressure, and very professional, friendly & courteous service- she came through for us. We communicated via email and text and telephone and Gloria worked out the entire sale in this manner, It was a true pleasure meeting her when we went in to pick the car up at the dealership, but it was wonderful to be able to arrive, spend very little time with paperwork and drive away in our beautiful car! Also, we traded in our 2008 X5, which Tulley offered exactly what we were looking for had we sold it on our own, showing that BMW's do in fact hold their value.
