She quickly went through my build to make sure I get exactly what I expected, presented me with the financing options, and explained the factory order process, since what I wanted was not in stock. No pressure, just an honest and pleasant conversation. Once we agreed on the details, Gloria handled everything from start to finish. Our communication throughout the entire process was excellent. The vehicle arrived as planned and taking delivery the next day at the dealership went equally smooth.
