My wife and I were looking at a vehicle we had found online. It was in Florida and we were in Nebraska. We were hesitant to pursue it given the distance but we really wanted the vehicle since it was jus online. It was in Florida and we were in Nebraska. The sales rep "Goodsondy Gauthier" at Schumacher CDJR of Delray exeeded our expectations and answered questions that we didn't even know that we had. He did a complete video walk around of the vehicle with us online and paused to ask questions and to see if we had any as well. He also assisted with the transportation of the vehicle from Forida to Nebraska. He did everything possible to aleviate our aprehensions about buying this vehicle sight unseen. He's been available to answer any question we had faster than a local dealer would have been. Very impresive. We would give Goodsondy 6 out of 5 stars. More

Schumacher Jeep was excellent from the start of our search to the purchase of our vehicle. Art was a great salesman and always kept us in the loop as vehicles arrived on the lot. He answered all our q search to the purchase of our vehicle. Art was a great salesman and always kept us in the loop as vehicles arrived on the lot. He answered all our questions and requests during the process as we searched for the right vehicle, and once found, he worked closely with us as we negotiated the deal. When he was off on a given day he always made sure there was another salesman to assist us. Rich Piasecki in Finance burnt the midnight oil when we needed help completing all the documents for the purchase. All in all it was a pleasure working with everyone and Schumacher Jeep excelled in customer services.
