It starts with the rapport I've developed over the years with Richard Ball, and continues with the friendly staff I've encountered over the years in the sales, finance and service department. Next time I need a vehicle, or my wife does, or a friend does, I point to Infiniti of Gwinnett as THE place to go. More

Longest wait at a dealer ever Salesperson that deal was negotiated with (several hours on the phone) went on vacation after agreement was made. I was told I’d be in good hands with Salesperson that deal was negotiated with (several hours on the phone) went on vacation after agreement was made. I was told I’d be in good hands with co-worker. I arrived at dealership at 10:30am notified said co-worker that I drove 2 hours to get there and needed to be on the road rather quickly as I had to make the return 2 hour drive in time for my children’s school pick up. The docs were ready and printed I signed in the lobby in front of other customers while the co-worker pulled up the cocktail table to me, was not even offered an office to sign in private. Then I sat for (no exaggeration) 3 hours until the one finance manager working could see me. My spouse had to leave me at the showroom so that she could make the drive back in time for our kids. I purchased a brand new fully loaded Dodge Durango for my wife recently, in Anderson SC. I do a lot of driving for my profession so I worked the negotiations out over the phone while driving, as I did with Infiniti. The difference, when I went to pick up her Dodge I was literally in and out in 10 minutes!! I signed the few docs that they hadn’t already sent me electronically and paid for the vehicle and was on the road that fast. They may be “small town” but they have your dealership beat out in customer service drastically. They have the same sparkling floors and waiting area concessions, all things I’d rather not sit around and look at it but instead get on the road and in my new vehicle. More
