He was patient, knowledgeable and customer focused. We all know the challenges of engagement with some questionable auto sales people; however, this was not the case. Not only was I able to coordinate a deal to the satisfaction of me and my bank, it was quite seamless. In addition, they arranged for the vehicle to be transported from GA to my location in another state. Great dealership, talented salesman, Mr. Morton and I would not hesitate to recommend them or do business again with this dealership in the future. More

The other negative experience was we had to go pump gas with my wife in the back seat before the delivery of the car. To add Clara did not explain anything on the extended warranty, Sirius radio or anything else, but her overhaul service was great. I am very Happy with the car. Thanks More

They oversaw the covered repairs and have provided me a loaner vehicle while additional covered work is being done by another dealership! Can’t thank them enough for how they have responded to this issue. Very impressed and WILL do business with them again!! ***Original*** Purchased a used 2017 BMW from this dealer. I was told that the car had been completely serviced prior to my purchase. Within the first 100 miles, the car produced a “low coolant” warning and overheated. Apparently, “servicing the car” doesn’t include checking the fluid levels. The car was woefully low on coolant. Then, the first time I drove at night, I discovered that “servicing the car” also doesn’t include making sure that all the bulbs are in working order, as there were multiple inoperable lights in both the front and back of the car. I realize it is a used car, but it is very frustrating to write a very large check, and then have to turn right around a perform BASIC maintenance that should have been done as part of preparing the car for sale. Especially when I was told the maintenance had been done. Simply put, they lied. That said, I don’t blame the sales person, Kenneice Wilson. She was just passing along the information she was given. But the sales manager and/or service manager misled both her and me about the status of the car. I won’t be buying a car here again. More
