When I contacted Gwinnette Infiniti via the internet I was put in touch with Dragan. I asked him the hard questions and he answered each one quickly and honestly. I drove an hour and a half to the dealership and they had arranged to have the exact car I wanted waiting for me. I met with William Rush and immediately test drove it. He was so knowledgeable and helpful explaining all the many bells and whistles that my previous car didn't have. There were absolutely no surprises when I got there and no pressure whatsoever. I got the payment I needed and Goran whizzed through the financial paperwork and I was soon on my way home. My new QX50 fits me like a glove. This was the best car buying experience I ever had and believe me I'm not that easy to please. More

When I entered this dealership, from the young lady at the front desk to Maria Gutierrez my sales rep to Goran in Finance it was truly a top-notch, stress free experience. I never felt pushed into purchasing something that I didn't want or rushed to make a decision. Car buying is one of my most hated experiences and this talented group of customer service professionals did a great job to make it as good as car buying can be.
