Loved the car tutorial (and the car itself) - that was Exceptional. We are from out of state and no one told us to bring a cashiers check ( we are paying cash) - and the Finance guy just said go to a Exceptional. Our sales mguy was never to be seen again. Fortunately, our bank , Chase, was 10 minutes away and could help us. As a customer, the experience just expressed the attitude that we are easily replaced and not special. We will buy in Nebraska next time. More
