We recently bought a used Ford Escape from Lexus of Orange County. Stephen Jean was a real pleasure to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The dealership itself was very clean, had Covid protocols in place and made the car buying experience as painless as possible. There were no high pressure from the sales manager to add extra warranties or extras that we did not want. The only hiccup was a poor internet connection which slowed down the necessary DMV documents. If not for that, we would have been out of there in a surprisingly fast time. I would highly recommend you checking out this dealership if you are in the market for a high quality used car at a reasonable price. More

I have been expecting to buy since summer but waiting for yearend sales. I got the call that there would drop the price and I checked out another dealer that I was interested in and they wanted more than the yearend sales. I got the call that there would drop the price and I checked out another dealer that I was interested in and they wanted more than the sticker price which I was offered sticker 3 weeks prior so I went and bought the ES350. I was interested in the Avalon but this is the last year they are making them so you have to wait for what the dealer gets and I also was interested in the Lincoln Continental which I was told that they don't make them anymore. The dealership was light staffed the day I went in but they were pleasant and took care of me as soon as they were able. More

The staff are nice and professional. I bought a nice/ new RX350 F Sport 2022. The sale John Roscino are very nice and polite. And when we found a small dent on the chrome molding.
