They got my 2022 Ford Ranger in quickly for a transmission issue. The tech was able to determine the issue and apply a Ford TSB to address the hard shifts. Took my truck in due to the transmission experiencing hard shifts. Gwen and Casey went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. They kept me informed of what was being done to my truck. hard shifts. Gwen and Casey went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. They kept me informed of what was being done to my truck. And, when the shuttle was not available, they grabbed a used car and gave me a ride to work. On top of that, the technician was able to reprogram my transmission and it shifts better now than what it did when I drove it off the lot.
