Walter is a scammer and liar UPDATE. Steer clear. After all was said and done, Walter LIED about the true cost and took advantage of our military status. Severely disappointed UPDATE. Steer clear. After all was said and done, Walter LIED about the true cost and took advantage of our military status. Severely disappointed as we thought we found an honest dealership, but I suppose those don't exist. Pursuing legal action. We have been searching for a new Honda for a few months, and by far Graham and Walter at Arrowhead Honda made the process so easy and stress free. We drove from out of town to purchase the vehicle, and from the minute we arrived until we left, nothing but stellar customer service. Not once did they try to sell us any extras or pressure us in any way, which is rare for a car dealership. We will be back for our next purchase. More

Tracie brought the facts and figures pertaining to the Costco discount and the final price. The front desk lady/receptionist was very sweet, kind and helpful. More

Smooth, Professional and Painless Transaction Saw the car I wanted online and stopped in and at the time I did not have the vehicle with me that I planned to trade in. Spoke to Graham and he was able to get me a price for my trade in based on my description of the car and we made the deal, and then he followed me home in my "new" car. Very happy customer. More
