Graham went above and beyond in making sure we got exactly the one we were looking at, even going so far as to set the car aside in the 'sold' lot to save it for our appointment! It was the only one they had on their lot. Even after we had to miss our original appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, he still had the car there (we were very lucky for this) and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful when explaining the car's features and on the test drive. We knew everything we needed to know about the car and then some by the time we left the lot. Extremely satisfied! More
