I had never been to Jim Norton dealership before but I was so impressed from the time I drove up till the minute I left. One of the few dealerships that I have been in that didn't try to "nickel and dime was so impressed from the time I drove up till the minute I left. One of the few dealerships that I have been in that didn't try to "nickel and dime" me for every little thing and they were actually glad when they found another rebate that made our agreed upon price even cheaper.
