Awesome dealership! I had been searching for a CRV through my local dealers with no luck at all. Anything from cocky salesman who tried to sell me something I didn't want I had been searching for a CRV through my local dealers with no luck at all. Anything from cocky salesman who tried to sell me something I didn't want, to limited inventory, to flat out rude customer service. I was about ready to give up and decided to search one more time for what I wanted. The very next morning I got a call from Kristie Weaver at Patty Peck in Ridgeland. She was very kind and easy to talk to. Not the normal pushy salesman. I told her what I wanted and she found me one. She stayed in touch and kept me updated on when it would arrive at dealership. The day I picked up my CRV I was in shock at the cleanliness and overall appearance of Patty Peck. Someone met me at the door and offered assistance and directed me to Kristie. From the time I walked in till the time I left it was customer service, customer service, customer service. I just can't say enough. The dealership was like a five star hotel in appearance and Ms Kristie and Grant in the business office made me feel like I was the most important person there. I highly recommend Patty Peck! I never have to deal with other "less than" dealerships ever again. My next vehicle will definitely come from Patty Peck! I will be a lifelong customer! Very pleased! More

Great Experience! We have been looking for a car for our daughter to take to college. I searched on the internet for weeks, as well as visited local dealerships. We fou We have been looking for a car for our daughter to take to college. I searched on the internet for weeks, as well as visited local dealerships. We found one that was close to our budget and that our daughter loved on the Patty Peck website. I entered my contact information to learn more about the car, and immediately received a response from Roderick. He even sent me a video within 15 minutes of himself showing me the car! We set up a time for a test drive. I was even more impressed when I arrived and they were expecting us. Jason answered our questions, took us on a test drive, and helped us so much! We never felt pressured or that we were being tricked. We were always at ease. He showed us options and discussed pricing. The financing department worked with us to keep our monthly payments within our budget, we received a guarantee that made us feel safe for our daughter, and she absolutely loves her new car.This is the best customer service I have ever encountered. We left that afternoon with everyone happy, and we will certainly be back for our next purchase. More
