When I got there I talked to JAIK WILLMON.I was blown away with all the knowledge he had on the cars (Test him, I did, and he passed with flying colors) I was not ready to buy a car last year. I did tell him that when I was ready in 1 year I will come back, and I did just that. I just bought my Brand New 2015 Maxda3 . I am a 1st time Mazda owner and I couldn’t be any happier. From the very beginning Jaik was NEVER pushy and always was available to answer any questions I had. The buying process was very transparent, and smooth. I live 45 miles away, I could have went to many other dealers closer to home. I chose Elk Grove Mazda because of JAIK and the outstanding Customer Service all the staff showed me and my husband. Happy new CX5 owner After my 13 yr old maxima died, I was not looking forward to car shopping. After my research I stopped by Mazda last Saturday and was met by Garrett O After my 13 yr old maxima died, I was not looking forward to car shopping. After my research I stopped by Mazda last Saturday and was met by Garrett Oxnaes who listened well and showed us vehicles that met my needs. Very low pressure but very informative. He also showed us a Nissan Rogue to compare. I never felt rushed and was happy to call him when I decided in the CX5. He came in on his day off and spent 4 hrs to complete the sale and take us for a 2nd test drive, Steve Wray did the financing and final paperwork and is very understanding and helpful while I find the paper work for the trade in. Natalie contacted me right away for the luxe care appt and to order the accessories i want. I'm looking forward to a long and happy relationship with Elk Grove Mazda. More
