I called and talked to Jaik who arranged for us to bring the car back and they arranged for a rental car for us. We took the car back and Jaik met us and took us over to the detail shop where we picked up the rental car. We came back the next day and the car was ready for us. The staff at the detail shop was very courteous to us. We went back to the dealership and Isiaha helped with some technical questions on the Navigation System and answered a few basic questions. Great Experience I called this dealership several weeks ago and Isiaha invited me to come and test drive the Mazda CX-5, which we did the following day. Isiaha wasn't available at the time and Matt stepped in an answered all our questions. He was very considerate of my husband who has a broken back and made sure he was comfortable while doing the test drive. There was no pressure to buy but we went back on 8/30/2016 to pick up our car, which was CX-5 Touring in the Deep Crystal Midnight Blue, which they transferred in from anther dearlership prior to our arrival. We had everything pre-approved and it was a seamless transaction due to the help of Isiaha and Grant the day before. When we arrived Trent made sure that everything got started until Matt arrived and finished our paperwork. Then went to Francisco in Finance and then back to Matt to go over the Technology in the car and then we drove home. We can' t say enough how great full we are for being treated with such curtesy by everyone at dearlership. Thank you for taking such good care of us. A+ and 5 Star rating for this dealership. More

Grant, the Sales Manager, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. Garrett, my Sales Rep, also assisted in the process and made my transition to my new car extremely smooth. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of this vehicle. Nick didn't pressure me into making a purchase that day which impressed me. I went to three other dealerships in the immediate area, and looked at vehicles in this class and my decision was based on Nicks knowledge and also my research. In fact he was the deciding factor in my decision on this car. I would also like to add the rest of the guys involved in my purchase, Grant Saige, and Steven Khuu, were also very professional, and courteous during this whole car buying experience. It's quality people like this that will maintain a business such as yours. This is kinda my second car purchase from this dealership. As I purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima Hybrid from Nissan of Elk Grove. Again the recurring theme is excellent customer care. That really gave us a lot of time to think about financially if we can afford the car we want. And it did! Friday night was when we called her and said we'll come by after work. She had the car detailed and ready for us. It was late in the day so she had everything ready for us. Talked numbers and both Rachel and Grant was very patient with us. Now we got a sweet ride! Best Dealership Experience Ever I walked into this dealership without having made any phone calls or emails to anybody and was promptly greeted by Rachel Smolich. Rachel was extreme I walked into this dealership without having made any phone calls or emails to anybody and was promptly greeted by Rachel Smolich. Rachel was extremely nice, friendly, and offered to let me drive the Mazda 6 without me even having to ask. I was deciding between the Mazda 6 and the Subaru WRX. Walking into this dealership, I actually was leaning towards the WRX more so. Within minutes of talking to Rachel, we were headed for a test drive. I was pleasantly surprised with her knowledge of the vehicle as well as her extreme kindness. When we went back into the dealership, she asked if she would want me to run some numbers on the Mazda 6 and I said sure. This is where Elk Grove Mazda excels and deserves to be the best dealership in the country. I came in here knowing exactly what invoice, MSRP, features, etc. etc. Needless to say, quite a bit of research is done on my behalf before I step foot into a dealership, and Rachel was able to pick that out. She came back after talking to Grant Salge (who was amazing by the way) and told me that this was their rock bottom number and they wouldn't be negotiating from it. Normally, the part I hate most about being at a dealership is playing the game, back and forth, crunching numbers. I knew what was a good deal, a bad deal, and an exceptional deal, and the number they gave me far exceeded my expectations. I didn't even try to counter them with another offer. I did not buy the car that day though. They told me the offer would be open until the vehicle was sold. I went back a few days later and met with Rachel again. Keep in mind, throughout the weekend, Rachel was texting me just to get updates on the situation without being pushy AT ALL. It was actually very welcoming. Grant was able to actually meet some demands I had in our deal and we went again and got it done. When I was going through finance, there was confusion with some of the numbers and Steven was ever so patient in explaining it to me over and over and over again. He even brought Grant in to double check the work and had Grant explain to me the confusion. They were both super nice about it and very thorough in helping me understand the paperwork. All in all, I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Mazda. They will give you as solid of a deal as possible, and everybody that I encountered was primarily geared towards customer satisfaction, and less satisfying the "quota" to which a car dealership has to meet.
