Jake went above and beyond to make sure we were fully aware of all our options not only did we receive the best deal on our trade in but from the moment we walked in we were treated like family we were properly treated by everyone but one particular employee just made sure all our needs were met and made sure to reassure us every step of the way when we decided to trade our car in and that was Jake. I will definitely recommend all my family and friends to purchase at the Mazda dealership of Elk Grove and to make sure to see Jake. From hating dealerships to a great experience I cannot say that I have had enjoyable experiences over the years when walking into a dealership. That changed for me last week when we went to Mazda I cannot say that I have had enjoyable experiences over the years when walking into a dealership. That changed for me last week when we went to Mazda of Elk Grove. There complete team was fantastic! The experience we had with our salesperson, Maverick, was fantastic. Wha We just want to share to you all, the 'best car-buying experience' my family had at 'Elk Grove Mazda' that far exceeds more than our expectations. What an 'excellent' experience working with Sales & Internet Specialist, 'Maverick America', in helping our son, Ian Christopher, and his needs in buying his new car, 2014 Mazda 3 I Sport 5-door possible. We were most impressed and very delighted how professional, personable, knowledgeable, patient and caring he is in the whole process from showing us their special choice selection they had in the lot and driving along with us while my son test drives the car and most importantly, finding the best possible financing that fits my son's budget. He worked diligently with us in their late-closing after hours with his able Sales Manager, Grant Salge, in a way that we could manage with the best interest rate possible that our son could afford on his monthly car payments and applying all the extra services like free oil change, free lifetime car washes and road service. We do really appreciate as well their able Finance Manager, Steve Wray, for his 'outstanding' work in making the financing process a breeze and smooth sailing late in the evening. 'Thank You' Steve! We truly commend Sales Internet Specialist, Mr. 'MAVERICK AMERICA', on his 'professionalism', 'courtesy', 'friendliness' and his 'professional aptitude' was all amazingly compelling and the 'excellent' way he approaches and strives to help his customers. Great service the second time around. Upon my first visit to EG Mazda, I was greeted by Rachel. She is very kind, knowledgable and honest in her sales approach. She showed me the exact car Upon my first visit to EG Mazda, I was greeted by Rachel. She is very kind, knowledgable and honest in her sales approach. She showed me the exact car I wanted, took it for a test drive. Upon returning, I was ready to make a deal. Unfortunately for me and Rachel, Sales Manager Anthony Triggs wasn't. After he gave me some bogus numbers to try to gouge me, I was astonished, I may be relatively young (26), but that doesn't mean I'm an idiot who takes crap numbers. I left the dealership rather salty. I kept in contact with Rachel though, and we decided to try to give it another go, this time, I told her I didn't want to deal with Anthony, because he obviously has no respect for his customers, I told her I wanted the other Sales Manager Grant Salge. Grant was a stand up guy who showed me numbers straight away that I thought were very fair and reasonable and ended up purchasing the very next day. Steve Wray is a good guy as well, didn't spend a whole lot of time with him, but from what I could gather he was earnest and not pushy at all with the products he offers. Overall, Rachel, Grant, and Steve deserve the 5 stars I'm offering. If it wasn't for them, I would have been giving them a 0. More
