I had been warned the paperwork process can take a long time but Pasao was really accommodating and kept me informed during the various steps of the process. I got a great deal and after signing all the paperwork with Grant, who was also extremely friendly and helpful, I was out of there in no time. Pasao made sure I knew how to work all the different functions in my new car and helped me set up the bluetooth before I hit the road. I called him and set an appointment. Yesterday, he worked with my needs and allowed me to get a 2014 Mazda CX5. It was the original vehicle I wanted back in December, and thanks to Garrett, Joe and Grant, they made it possible. We like the smoothness of the ride and the comfort of the front seats. Garrett was helpful in reviewing the notable features of the CX9. He particularly pointed out eh blind spot features and all that it does. He was courteous and patience as he explained it to us. Garrett took care of us through the Costco Auto Program and he did all he could do to get us the best deal. Thanks Garrett.
