After rigorously searching for a new vehicle over a weeks span and having little to no luck, Mazda of Elk Grove was able to provide just what I needed and then some! I was originally not even considering a Mazda brand because I had only been familiar with Honda and Nissan. I looked around at other dealers but most of vehicles in my price range had poor reviews or a very short limited warranty. Looking through ads I noticed a great rebate for a brand new car with a great warranty, something I had given up on thinking I could get. I made an appointment with Ratish Singh and he stood out amongst the other salesmen I had dealt with by being friendly, straightforward and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was test driving. He respected the fact that it was a big purchase and allowed me to take some time to decide without making me feel rushed. He also showed me around the office and introduced me to the manager Matt Bassett and assured me that if I did purchase a vehicle there I would continue to be taken care of throughout my ownership of the car. That really stood out against the other dealers! Purchasing was easy and quick! Grant Salge got me an even better interest rate that I had previously expected and gave me some great advice how to handle my upcoming financial needs. I am now enjoying my new Mazda and loving it! I am also looking forward to stopping by for maintenance and car washes where I know I will be taken care of! More

I had been warned the paperwork process can take a long time but Pasao was really accommodating and kept me informed during the various steps of the process. I got a great deal and after signing all the paperwork with Grant, who was also extremely friendly and helpful, I was out of there in no time. Pasao made sure I knew how to work all the different functions in my new car and helped me set up the bluetooth before I hit the road.
