He was not your average car salesman who is simply trying to hustle you to make their quota. Pasao took genuine interest in your car needs and concerns. Every question was answered, and if he could not answer your question, he made sure to find someone who could help answer it. I am younger, and every experience with a car salesman has been horrible. Usually a car salesman sees how young I am and would not take me seriously and try to talk down to me. So, I would definitely recommend Pasao as your sales rep if you find yourself at Mazda of Elk Grove. More

I spent about 1 month looking for a new 7-8 passenger vehicle. I went to Mazda of Elk Grove on 3 separate occasions, and was well-greeted by professionals on all 3. They were friendly and very helpful in answering any questions I had. They listened to my preferences, made recommendations, and allowed me space to make my own decisions. Specifically, Ratish Singh, Pasao Yang, Omar Bubaker and Grant Saige provided me with friendly customer service during the whole process. I drove away in a brand new Mazda CX-9, feeling excellent about my vehicle of choice and the cost. I am a first-time Mazda owner. I contacted Mazda dealerships within a 300 mile radius of Redding, CA looking for the Mazda3 i Grand Touring hatchback that I wanted. Some responded, some gave quotes but none gave me the dedication and response that Daniel Radcliffe did. Daniel worked with me from the start of my search to make sure that I was able to obtain the vehicle that I was looking for in the color, model and automatic transmission at the price that no one else could come close to. Mazda of Elk Grove was not the closest dealership to me but was by far the best people that I could have found to work with. We use to have a Mazda dealership in Redding, CA but I don't know if they were still here that I wouldn't have choosen Daniel and Mazda of Elk Grove over them, even though it meant traveling almost 200 miles to do so. With a name like Daniel Radcliffe I expected the guy from the Harry Potter movies but I think I did even better. I know Daniel will be there to answer any questions that I might have about my vehicle in the future, even after the sale. I liked the fact that Mazda of Elk Grove offered the extended warranty, the additional customer service after the sale like free car washes, a loaner vehicle for when service is performed, free towing to their dealership and the fact that the staff is there to help you and you feel that they are sincere in their actions and promises. I would give Daniel Radcliffe and the Elk Grove dealership five stars and would recommend them to my family and friends who are looking to purchase a new vehicle in the future. From the second I placed a foot on to their lot I was greeted with sm service provided to me on my new car buying experience with Mazda of Elk Grove. Garrett Oxnaes was absolutely fabulous. He listened to my interests, wants, and limits. He was not at all pushy. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He seemed to care about really making sure I got the best for my money, and that I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. He went so far as to help me use/set up some of the features included in my new car; AND he equally shared in my excitement at the out come of them. Grant Salge was an equal pleasure in the finance department making my completion of purchase thorough, fun, and quick. Last summer we first met Ron K. and Grant S, when we leased a 2012 Mazda CX9 from them. Ron worked with me at first over the web and offered the lowest price on what we were looking for. Thus, not a surprise that I contacted Ron again when we wanted to purchase a 2013 Mazda 2 for our son. I shopped prices at other dealers, but I am pleased to say that Elk Grove Mazda offered the lowest price from the start, that others could not match.
