I am a single mom of 3 (Kids are ages 5,3, and 2) who works 12-14 hours a day so time is not something that is on my side. My wonderful family was researching and helping me find the right solution, and I got a call saying they had found some options. My dad happens to live in the bay area and is a GM for a rather large dealership and I have always made my purchases thru him, however after the experience and level of service in which not just I but my family recieved we really wanted to give our business to Mazda of Elk Grove. Being a manager in a sales based environment I recognize good customer service and and Mazda... it wasn't just "Good" it was Extraordinary". I went to this dealership solely based on reviews from dealerrater and I was not disappointed. I came here expecting the sales people would be pushy. Sherlock Tang, my salesperson, was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. Also partly because he's a new-hired. The service was very friendly and QUICK, which made the whole process very easy for me. Grant Salge was the finance manager who also made this shopping experience great. Everything was explained in simple terms and easy to understand. No tricks or hidden fees like I have experienced from other dealership in the past. The whole deal was done in less than 3 hours from start to finish. I'll be back for sure when I change my car in 10 years. More

I was recently in the market for a new or pre-owned Mazda3. Using my bank's car buying service led me to Elk Grove Mazda, where I met with Sales Manager Tony Triggs who put me in touch with Sales Asso Mazda3. Using my bank's car buying service led me to Elk Grove Mazda, where I met with Sales Manager Tony Triggs who put me in touch with Sales Associate Daniel Radcliffe. Both Tony and Daniel were extremely helpful. I told Daniel what I was looking for and what I wanted, and he showed me what fit my needs. He never tried to pressure or upsell me to anything beyond what I asked for, and he was honest about pricing and incentives between new and pre-owned cars. Ultimately, I determined it was more affordable to buy a new car. I had specific requirements regarding trim, color, and options; though they did not have what I wanted on their lot, Daniel never tried pressuring me into something I didn't want. Instead, we test drove similar cars, and he helped locate the car I wanted with another dealer, which they had delivered to Elk Grove the next day. I was very appreciative of his professionalism and willingness to help me get the car I wanted. Before I had gone to Elk Grove, I already set up financing with a great interest rate, so I hadn't planned on financing through the dealer. The only way it would make sense to finance through them would be if they beat my established interest rate and met my loan terms. Daniel and Tony worked out financing that was on my terms and beat an already great interest rate. Finishing the final paperwork with Grant was fast, easy, and no pressure. All told, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The facility was clean, and Tony, Daniel, and Grant were all very helpful, friendly, and professional. I really couldn't ask for more from a dealer team unless they gave me the car for free. If I'm stil living in the area in 5 or 6 years, I will probably return to Elk Grove Mazda for my next Mazda 3. More

When he couldn't salvage a magnet from my trade-in ( through no fault of his own) he ordered a new one for me and it will be delivered to me by mail! Great customer service, as I said, throughout!! I could not have asked for a better experience from Mazda of Elk Grove. As a first time buyer, I was intimidated with just the thought of the whole process. The employees gave me piece of mind from the moment I walked in and made everything a lot easier than expected-- and that was honestly the only thing I took from here... oh, and my new Mazda 6 of course! The sales associates were extremely patient, understanding, and never once made me feel uncomfortable about buying a car. They were thorough with explaining everything and even helped me to get to a monthly payment I could afford; just going above and beyond to make sure I walked out of the dealership feeling good about my purchase. There aren't enough good things to say about this team at Elk Grove. Even though I live in the Bay Area, I still tell anyone who asks me where I got my car, that the drive out there is worth it if they're considering buying a car.. because it is! More
