Mazda of Elk Grove was very friendly. First, I called to get an offer for a new car and initially, there was no vehicle within my price range. Of course, this is to be expected. However, I worked with Jambert on a price and we eventually came to a nice deal on a CX-5. I felt that he had gone out of his way to make sure that I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I could not have asked for a better experience from Mazda of Elk Grove. As a first time buyer, I was intimidated with just the thought of the whole process. The employees gave me piece of mind from the moment I walked in and made everything a lot easier than expected-- and that was honestly the only thing I took from here... oh, and my new Mazda 6 of course! The sales associates were extremely patient, understanding, and never once made me feel uncomfortable about buying a car. They were thorough with explaining everything and even helped me to get to a monthly payment I could afford; just going above and beyond to make sure I walked out of the dealership feeling good about my purchase. There aren't enough good things to say about this team at Elk Grove. Even though I live in the Bay Area, I still tell anyone who asks me where I got my car, that the drive out there is worth it if they're considering buying a car.. because it is! More

I was looking for a new CX5 on-line, and visited two Mazda dealerships within my area. Both dealerships contacted me via email, that was good! He was not your average car salesman who is simply trying to hustle you to make their quota. Pasao took genuine interest in your car needs and concerns. Every question was answered, and if he could not answer your question, he made sure to find someone who could help answer it. I am younger, and every experience with a car salesman has been horrible. Usually a car salesman sees how young I am and would not take me seriously and try to talk down to me. So, I would definitely recommend Pasao as your sales rep if you find yourself at Mazda of Elk Grove. More
