We recently had a five-star vehicle purchasing experience at Mazda of Elk Grove. We began by scheduling an appointment with Jarrel Boyd, e-sales manager. At the vehicle, Jarrel displayed a thorough knowledge of the vehicle and answered each of our many questions. During our conversations at the vehicle and throughout the entire buying experience, we found Jarrel to be informative, approachable, and easy-going. Jarrel was a pleasure to work with and at no time was he over-bearing. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, Jarrel assisted us in the required paperwork in a patient and professional manner. We were greatly pleased that he took the time to send information to our pre-approved lender. As required he introduced us to two other Mazda team-members, Grant and Taylor who completed their duties in a competent and relaxed fashion. Jarrel's overall positive and calm demeanor coupled with his approachability reflects well on Mazda of Elk Grove.
