1st service call on 2018 This was my first experience with MB Honda having purchased a 2018 Pilot in September and it was an EXCELLENT experience! I was greeted immediately b This was my first experience with MB Honda having purchased a 2018 Pilot in September and it was an EXCELLENT experience! I was greeted immediately by Grant who couldn't have been friendlier. The waiting area is very comfortable, I loved the option of the quiet room with comfortable seating. The nice women working the complimentary food station was a delight. The oil change was shorter than I expected, the price was excellent, and they even washed my car. I must say it was a pleasure having my car serviced, which is a first. I highly recommend the service department! More
