Wow this is a great dealership This honda dealership makes others look like buy here pay here car lots. Excellent service. I was greeted before I even got out of my car. The waitin This honda dealership makes others look like buy here pay here car lots. Excellent service. I was greeted before I even got out of my car. The waiting room was wonderful. I would have no issues with a long wait time. You can get cans of soda, hot tea, 3 different Starbucks products, chips, and nuts. And if its during breakfast or lunch when your there they even offer light meals. And your choice of comfy chairs and tv or a cafe where you can charge you electronics. The staff is courteous and they even offer to wash your vehicle before they finish any work on your car. Loved it More

Oil change service on my Honda accord. They did a really good job on my accord, changing the oil and washing my car. The only thing that I did not like was when they reviewed my service th They did a really good job on my accord, changing the oil and washing my car. The only thing that I did not like was when they reviewed my service that is due on my car they told me that I needed quite a few things done. The problem with that for me is that my car has 260,000 miles on it and it’s not worth the amount of money that they would have charged me. I’m not entirely sure the person that I worked with. More

Always Helpful and Patient I went in a little hot yesterday about my vehicle. The service person showed empathy and was patient with my attitude. Absolutely awesome experience I am a work from home employee. My appointment was at 9:30 but I had a conference call at that time. So I brought my vehicle in around 8:00 to have th I am a work from home employee. My appointment was at 9:30 but I had a conference call at that time. So I brought my vehicle in around 8:00 to have the tire pressure indicator assessed and get an oil change. When I pulled up I was immediately greeted by Grant Tarpley who was friendly, professional, and had a willingness to help. He took all of my information and then set me up with a shuttle back home. The shuttle service attendant was funny, he drove with caution, and offered to pick me up to take me back to Honda when my vehicle was ready. Fast forward just 45 mins later my car was ready. I had my daughter drove me back to Honda. When I arrived Grant went over everything with car and said they even rotated my tires. As Grant walked me back to the cashier the shuttle attendant saw me and said, “I told you I would come back to get you” with a big smile on his face. When we got to the cashier Grant got the key and said he will get my car and told me it has been washed and it’s ready to go. The cashier was sweet and very down to earth and we both chatted about how we are getting through our mornings. After I paid I went back to the area to receive my car and it was there sparkling with Grant holding the door open for me. I made it home before my actual appointment time and before my 9:30 conference call. I’ve been a Nissan driver for the past 8 year, but this car, the buying experience, and the service center experience in these short months have been better than all 8 years combined with Nissan. Thank you for your stellar service! More
