Worst experience ever! Very dissatisfied. The car sold was certified inaccurately because tires didn’t qualify. When I first came in to buy my car nobody approached me. The Very dissatisfied. The same people that are listed for a rating are the same people that had no customers and looked at me in my face and didn’t speak to me or try to approach me. My BMW experience has been the worst car experience I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to go back to Mercedes I had an excellent experience with them and regret switching up. More

Peter was amazing! So helpful, knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with him! We didn't work with Alvin, so not sure why we're being asked to rate him. We did our financing with Grant Wright, and we were less than impressed. The experience took a really long time, and he only presented us one rate when we were told we'd see several. When we asked about it, he quickly dismissed us. We received what I'd describe as Best In Class service from Peter, and not so much from Grant. More
