I did not like how the salesperson Mateen was ready to add on so many additional fees and tell me that these items were mandatory. If I told you once that I did not want it, just remove it. But no he wa add on so many additional fees and tell me that these items were mandatory. If I told you once that I did not want it, just remove it. But no he wanted to make it seem like they the additional insurance and anti-theft item was installed on the vehicle, which it was not. They only decided to remove all the extra fees when I was about to just leave and go to another BMW dealership. More
