DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! !!!! I brought my palisade in under warranty and extended warranty due to it having transmission issues. They kept it 3 days! I never received a phone !!!! Th only reason I found out it was "done" was because I called 20 times and finally got someone on the phone. I left 10 messages over the 3 days and no one called me back. They diagnosed my truck with having no issues!!! I asked for an oil change on the truck while they had it, that was not done as well!! As soon as I drive the truck off their lot it starts doing the same thing. I take the truck to ALLEN TURNER HYUNDAI and the truck needs a brand new transmission!!!!!!! DIAGNOSED IN 4 hours!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PR SERVICE CENTER THEY ARE SNAKES!!!!!!! More

Wow, it's so much I can say about this place. I never been to a dealership that showed so much love and concern. The place was so nice and comfortable for me. I really can't leave out Princeton Westey, I was so tied and sleep due to getting off work late and getting up early but he came over introduced himself and started talking to me about cars so that really did help me even was able to launch a lil so at that point I forgot all about being tired and sleepy.
