S60-T6 At first questions were only answered about the car when I asked them, I was hoping to get a little bit more of an education and comparison of the car At first questions were only answered about the car when I asked them, I was hoping to get a little bit more of an education and comparison of the car I was looking at. Hammer out the details of the sale with Eddie after I made my decision. Eddie seemed motivated to sell the vehicle and met me halfway in getting the sale done. Eddie was also accommodating throughout the whole process and head answers to any questions we may have had. Prior to making our decision Greg told us the car ran on regular gas as a selling point, we quickly learned during the first fill-up after the sale that this is not true and the car requires high octane. We were not very pleased to find this out after the fact. Also upon receiving the car, Eddie pointed out some damage he noticed which took place and was out of his control. The part that bothered me was the fact that the car was not properly cleaned on the exterior which I am assuming falls on the sales rep. That stuff should have been checked before we took possession of the vehicle. Eddie immediately said that they would take care of the damage and properly clean the vehicles exterior without any question. I would say working with Eddie Was a pleasure and took the sting out of the situation. No issues with the finance guy. If I referred someone to this dealership it would be directly to Eddie. More
