Not so honest on the sales tactics Friendly salesperson and sales manager. Very small dealer, currently under remodeling, not a very pleasure enviroment for car shopping now. Not so hon Friendly salesperson and sales manager. Very small dealer, currently under remodeling, not a very pleasure enviroment for car shopping now. Not so honest on the sales tactics. Went in with an offer from another dealer, sales manager said they didn't have exact same car but he will find a similar one and match the offer. The offer I had from another dealer was for a car with MSRP of 56k and the car which sales manager found was MSRP of 54K, but he offered the same monthly payment. I refused and walked away for that nosense offer. If he would lower the monthly payment because of the lower MSRP, I might consider it. More

Gregorio Billini awesome! Greg was extremely patient with us. I was recently in a pretty nasty car accident, and thus was looking for the safest car on the market. He answered Greg was extremely patient with us. I was recently in a pretty nasty car accident, and thus was looking for the safest car on the market. He answered all of our questions and really took extra time to go over all the safety features that Volvo has and offers. He explained all of the safety features to me and also did a complete demo for all of us. Greg was not only knowledgable, but also extremely friendly and funny.
