Deceptive. Terrible. I will never attempt to do business with Bob Tomes ford again. I communicated with salesman about buying a vehicle and made an appointment. Terrible. I will never attempt to do business with Bob Tomes ford again. I communicated with salesman about buying a vehicle and made an appointment. I was told the vehicle would be ready for me when I arrived. They supposedly had three of that trim I wanted to choose from. We drove two hours to make the appointment and when we arrived the vehicles were non existent. They of-course they tried to sell us other vehicles for several thousand dollars more than the ones we had agreed on. Wasted a whole day on these people. More
