I have been selling Lexus and Toyotas for nearly 20 years, prior to that I spent time in the Army serving my country. A little over five years ago my wife and I moved from Colorado Springs back to Mid Missouri to be near our family and raise our son. I have only sold this brand of car because of their reliability, quality and dependability. But the most important part of my job are the customers! I have always worked very hard helping my customers find the right car at the right price. Answered all our questions about each vehicle we asked about. The staff of the J.Machens Toyota dealership energetic, helpful and nice. Always ready to help when they notice a guest needs help. We try to send anyone who ask about where we get our vehicles to this dealership and we live over 100 mile northeast of it. Funnily enough we brought the truck we had leased to get serive and sat down and spoke with one of the dealer about the lease on it. We didn't expect to come home with a rav4 but I love it. More
