I have been selling Lexus and Toyotas for nearly 20 years, prior to that I spent time in the Army serving my country. A little over five years ago my wife and I moved from Colorado Springs back to Mid Missouri to be near our family and raise our son. I have only sold this brand of car because of their reliability, quality and dependability. But the most important part of my job are the customers! I have always worked very hard helping my customers find the right car at the right price. Worst service They took more than 1:45 mins just for changing oil. They even did not fill my windshield fluid and I ran out while on highway. Very disappointing.... Complete Satisfaction! To be completely honest, I was very reluctant to consider doing business with a high volume dealer as I have had bad experiences before. I walked in to look at a used vehicle and left with a new Tundra! My sales agent, Greg Botham was top shelf. He listened to our needs, answered all our questions, and gave us a great deal, and we never felt pressured to make any decision. Jake Bunker finished the deal and was very thorough.
