She is VERY picky about EVERYTHING. Greg was so nice and patient with her. We agreed on a price over the phone and we went to pick up the vehicle. Once again Greg spent lots of time answering her questions. I'm 75, have bought a number of cars over many years and Greg made this my best experience!
