I have purchase a Subaru for the last 25 years but unfortunately not from the dealership of Kenny Ross Subaru. The personal at Kenny Ross, especially Kendall who showed me and demonstrated the car, Lauren and Jay who helped finalize the price I needed, and Greg who finalized the paper work needed to pay for the car, did a great job in getting me what I felt/know was a great car at a very fair price. The overall experience for me and my wife was great. I look forward to doing all my service needs at Kenny Ross Subaru and if I have any questions, and I know I will, I will call and I know they will always be answered. More

Hello. I didn't work with Jared. I worked with Mike and he may have used Jared's work station. Greg was very knowledgeable and informative and made the p I didn't work with Jared. I wasn't happy with the $1,597 "add-on" for the security package. My insurance would have helped with most of that. I negotiated it off with ease. However, it prevented my daughter and I from negotiating the purchase price of the car, which I am not happy about. For this reason, I would not recommend Kenny Ross dealerships that have this, in my opinion, hidden fee. This car is my daughter's car. I told her while waiting for things to proceed, we'll negotiate to pay slightly less than the asking price of the car. Because of the numbers presented to us that included the $1,597, we neglected to ask for a reduction of the asking price of the car. That's unfortunate for my daughter who I believe, is paying more than she should've for the vehicle. More
