I initially tried to buy a part for my Lexus a few months ago, and was quoted one price for the part and when I arrive, they doubled the price for the part which I knew was inaccurate. At this point, I was already upset at the facility, however I gave them a second chance when I went to go buy my new car. There was a lot of haggling involved and I was told that the selling cost for the car could not be decreased however much to my surprise when I looked online for the cost of the car it was for $500 less than what they had sold it to me for. This was rather disappointing to find this out after the fact. Overall also sells men’s are very nice. I believe the managers for this facility are dishonest. I would give five stars to those in the service region, and even to the salesman who are kind and don’t have any power on adjusting cost when selling cars. More

Service is good at this dealership and the sales staff is accommodating. We had dealt with Greg Dowdy previously when my daughter needed a vehicle and he was great to work with. did not like the way the financial part of the delivery was handled very much never saying this is the total cost of the extended warranty, program, but this is the cost included in your payment.
