The dealership is elegant and Yoko's enthusiasm was contagious. She kept me updated on my delivery date (a week earlier than expected) and got me locked in at a 2.9% interest rate while it was still available. So glad she did because that rate went away 2 weeks later. A very positive experience all the way around. I'm loving my beautiful new car and all the safety features it provides. Because of the safety rating my insurance dropped by $160/yr. Thank you to the staff of Lexus Akron-Canton and especially to Yoko. More
