Ignored completely I came into this dealership today looking to buy a Subaru Impreza. I figured it was a good place to start given it's high customer reviews. However, I I came into this dealership today looking to buy a Subaru Impreza. I figured it was a good place to start given it's high customer reviews. However, I was ignored completely for over an hour by the sales staff. When I asked to be helped (for the second time) I was told that they were busy and would help me when they had a chance, despite there being a group of salespeople in the corner of the dealership ignore myself and the other customers. I guess you can't get bad customer reviews if you don't have any customers at all. Plus the price was marked up over $3000 from what I was quoted in an email. More

Our salesman, Joe Ellerman, was very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. Sales manager, Greg, also made things great for a smooth transaction. There was no high pressure or typical last minute "add ons" such as "window etching" or special "paint sealants" that many other dealers try to sell to increase their profits. The business/finance manager was thorough and swift helping to expedite our purchase - we were in and out of dealership from test drive to driving off lot in about 2 hours. I highly recommend this dealership and salesman Joe Ellerman -a recent RU grad ! More
