Because I was just accompanied my friend he told me to stay out not talking to me I was shocked to hear! Anyway I love the place for service Jason is nice so is Ryan Greg helped us! I wasn’t going to put the review but Bill is trying to ruin the image of the place so if you have a bad experience with him contact Cameron he is nice Don’t let Bill ruin the image of the place! More

My mother and I walked in to just discuss some options knowing winter was on its way and Subaru's reputation for their 4 wheel drive cars handling poor weather beautifully. I'd been to other dealers and had so many people calling me every single day after I expressed they didn't have what I was really looking for. Hidden fees, fees for paying off a car in full, etc. Bill Powell greeted us immediately with a very casual and friendly demeanor. Dealing with Bill was more like hanging out with a friend, and it was a pleasure discussing options with him. Never once pushed us to commit to anything and we felt zero pressure to rush and make a decision. We were so happy with the experience we turned right back around and put down a deposit. Since then I've been extremely satisfied with not only the amazing new car I've gotten but Bill's availability for us both. He's always around for any questions or issues, and he even stayed late after closing one day so I could stop in and pick up my plates. He always kept me updated on the status of my car when waiting for it to arrive and was even available by text which was very convenient. He was very thorough in reviewing its many features and took the time to make sure I understood everything that came with my new awesome car. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place that won't harass you to buy, they let the cars speak for themselves! While I primarily dealt with Bill the entire staff there seems to be on the same page, they want you to be comfortable and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure this is really the best fit for you. Their cars are amazing too and extremely fair prices. No complaints. More

Saul Diaz was amazing to work with, very patient, knowledgeable, understanding, detailed, and thorough. He took the time to pay attention to what I was looking for, took my budget into consideration, and laid all the cards out on the table, without hiding anything about fees, taxes, or the like. Greg Fahy also made this process so much easier. The Finance Manager that I met with at the end (I believe his name is Michael) was so patient, informative, and not pushy at all. Took the time to go over everything and answer any questions. Kept it so simple to understand and digest at all times. No one at this place is pushy because they will work with you at your pace and with your budget, while backing up what they say. I highly recommend this dealership. Great staff and service from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave with the car and beyond. Some of my relatives tagged alone, and they were so surprised, knowing how scammy and deceitful other dealerships conduct business. What they tell you upfront at Richard Lucas Subaru is what it is. Pete Palumbo was my salesperson and he was fantastic! He wasn't pushy, he was informative, he moved us along in a timely manner and I was thrilled with the way we were treated. We then met with Greg Fahy, General Manager, who was also a pleasure to deal with. I was pleased with the price of the car and the way that Mr. Fahy treated us. We then moved on to Michael Brack, Finance Manager, who once again was a pleasure to deal with. He was patient with me, explained everything and answered any question that I had. He was informative and not at all pushy either. I would recommend Richard Lucas Subaru and the gentlemen that I worked with to anyone. I went from having terrible experiences at car dealerships to having a really great experience at a car dealership! More
