I HAD SUCH A STRESS-FREE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE WITH THIS CAR DEALERSHIP. THEY WASN'T OUT THERE TO GET ME, UPFRONT ABOUT EVERYTHING FROM BEGINNING TO END. MY SALESPERSON WAS KWABEE, HE WAS DELIGHTFUL TO TA CAR DEALERSHIP. THEY WASN'T OUT THERE TO GET ME, UPFRONT ABOUT EVERYTHING FROM BEGINNING TO END. Every step of my car-buying experience, from walking in the door to driving off in my new car, was outstanding. The sales consultant, Kwabee Goddard, went above and beyond to help me. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative when explaining my options for cars and financing. When I decided on a car, he even came in on his day off to make the sale! Kwabee's service was exceptional. I also worked with Greg Fahy who went above and beyond in coming up with a pricing plan that met my needs. I had looked at several Subaru dealers in the area, and Greg was willing to be flexible and work with me to ensure I got the best deal possible. Everyone I worked with was highly professional, honest, and accommodating. Despite the current challenges due to the supply chain crisis, the professionals at Richard Lucas Subaru consistently put me first as the customer and made the purchasing process seamless.
