Greg and I worked together to establish a concrete layout of not only the kind of car I was looking for but also a budget I was comfortable with. He went above and beyond to find the right fit for me and whe of not only the kind of car I was looking for but also a budget I was comfortable with. He went above and beyond to find the right fit for me and when the perfect car came on the lot at the perfect price he did not hesitate to reach out and get me in for a test drive. I took that car home and have loved my decision ever since. Webb Hyundai in highland is a beautiful facility that employs stand up people. In some ten years time when I get another new car I’ll certainly be choosing Webb as my first stop to shop. More

First experience with Hyundai was Not a Happy One! ! This place does not honor there own policy. First of all, none of the sales associate’s knew there own Hyundai assurance policy that clearly states ! This place does not honor there own policy. First of all, none of the sales associate’s knew there own Hyundai assurance policy that clearly states (3 day return policy) on there website. My first experience with Hyundai in Highland Indiana was very unpleasant and the lady that does the numbers and finance part was not helpful. On the second day of the 3 day return policy that is suppose to be in place, I came in to see if I could exchange my 2023 Tucson se for 2023 Tucson sel but they did not have the grey interior for my price point so I left and went home. On the third day of there supposedly 3 day policy I saw that they had a SEL trim available (vin number 5NMJBCAEOPH263948) online. I went in and LAURIE KARLEK in the office that approves loans from banks turned me around and told me she could not help. I was so hurt and now stuck with a vehicle I truly don’t want. Your experience is suppose to be a happy one because of the type of purchase that is being made but it was not. Laurie told me the vehicle was not available but I pulled her card and called (800) 633-5151 which is Hyundai Care and they told me it was available for purchase. She was just trying to get rid of me so they would not have to do there job which is exchange vehicles Pray something can be done of this matter to make my Hyundai experience better. 5/16/23 -Lamar More

I had a really great experience at Webb Hyundai. I came in and was greeted right away by Eric. Told him exactly what vehicles I came to see. He brought up the one they had on my list. He didn’t try to convince me of anything outside of what I wanted. We test drove while my trade-in was being appraised. He came to me with the numbers. The were as I expected from the website calculator. He and the finance guy presented me with all the options, and they were informative but not pushy. I am very happy! Also, my 15 month old and my mom were with me for 3 hours. They were comfortable (no meltdowns) and everyone was friendly. I had gone to Happy Hyundai previously and had a really terrible experience from pushing to take what they had instead of the inbound car I wanted, showing me 8% interest rate and financing only payment options, and worrying about my trade-in with constant questions about how it was paid for before ever showing me vehicle. They were assuming I couldn’t pay for this car. Buy from Eric and Webb! More
