After a 5 year hiatus of buying a new car and actually being in a car dealership, I stopped into Carman Ford on a whim to look at the new Ford Focus. Within a few minutes of being there I bumped into one of the sales reps who stopped what he was doing and spent as much time as I needed showing me around. Talk about a guy who really knew what he is talking about! People don't become that knowledgeable unless they are passionate about what they do - which is all you need to know about Greg Grimaldi. So, after the old "What will it take for you to drive off the lot today?" pitch from Acura, I decided to repay Carman Ford a visit. It was like 16 years ago, but better. Greg Grimaldi patiently went through a list of the options we wanted for our new Explorer, then handed us a price. It was so good, we accepted on the spot -- something we'd never considered!
