Carman Ford made it EASY! My husband and I walked into the dealership at 6:45 last night; we walked out with car keys by 9:15. Greg Grimaldi was our salesperson. He was very helpful and congenial. He even brought over a play table to help keep our children occupied. We checked out the used Ford Escape that we wanted, took a test drive, had our trade-in appraised, negotiated financing and signed paperwork in a VERY timely manner. Dan Miller was very helpful as well. He answered additional questions that we had about Ford cars and walked us through the numbers. Excellent job, Carman! I'm looking forward to bringing our cars in for servicing. More

After a 5 year hiatus of buying a new car and actually being in a car dealership, I stopped into Carman Ford on a whim to look at the new Ford Focus. Talk about a guy who really knew what he is talking about! People don't become that knowledgeable unless they are passionate about what they do - which is all you need to know about Greg Grimaldi. So, after the old "What will it take for you to drive off the lot today?" pitch from Acura, I decided to repay Carman Ford a visit. It was like 16 years ago, but better. Greg Grimaldi patiently went through a list of the options we wanted for our new Explorer, then handed us a price. It was so good, we accepted on the spot -- something we'd never considered!
