And I must say that the car was everything that it was described to be by Greg Holland over the phone. The sales staff, Bill Kurz and Fred Shelp, were very accommodating even when we had to wait to get the service department to fix something before we could take the car. I bought the car with no warranty from the dealer, since the service records showed that it had been treated very well. I ran into some trouble soon after the purchase, and after some phone calls and emails, took the vehicle back in for service. The trouble turned out to be very significant. Even though I had purchased the car with no warranty, North Penn VW paid for a significant portion of the cost and did great work on the vehicle. They were unaware of the issues the car had and made it right when they found out. Derek Fitchett was very helpful and apologetic after learning about the situation. Finally, their service comes with a free car wash, and their detailer does a fantastic job. Bill Sansom is a great guy to work with in the service department. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.
