Nicole always has a smile on her face and is one of those people who can carry on a conversation and still get her work done. She does not waste my time, gets me in and out and always makes sure I get a nice car wash :) While I was waiting for service I saw Lindsey who has helped me in the past and I would NOT go to anyone else since meeting her. Lindsey is great at what she does. ( I actually worked at a dealership in the past for four years so I am not a stranger to what goes on). Lindsey is honest, she does NOT waste time and she is FAST. Hands down she makes the process ten times easier than it has to be. I was able to give her the information needed to do what she had to and literally leave the dealership to go get food. Greg Johnson is also very hands on, any questions or concerns that you may have and he is always willing to answer. More

I had Camren McKenna as my sales as This was my first time at Mohawk Honda, and I will also point out I never fill out these customer service surveys. I had Camren McKenna as my sales associate. He was amazing! He was super friendly, he even walked me around the dealership (which was extremely important to me), and went into more detail for the Honda's (teaching me features) that I was interested in purchasing. I expected to go in there finding a cheaper lease, which didn't happen. But this means nothing compared to the experience and "add on" features I got in my vehicle. I wish more sales associates understood that the money really isn't the number one factor when buying a car. Overall, amazing experience and I will be back to purchase all of my vehicles in the future. More
