I'm disappointed. There are issues with the car. I've had my Malibu for about a month. Something is rattling in the dash, something is wrong with the heating system and I believe the driver seat is dama had my Malibu for about a month. Something is rattling in the dash, something is wrong with the heating system and I believe the driver seat is damaged in some way. I mentioned at the time of delivery that the cloth was wrinkled on the driver's seat. Now that I have been driving the car for a short time, the seat feels lumpy and it is very uncomfortable when driving for any length of time. I feel my issues are being ignored. More

Not a great experience at this location. Had to make two separate trips back to the dealership to complete paperwork that should have been completed the first time and to pick up spare keys. Dealership did not complete registration process which lead to multiple phone calls to the DMV and late fees that I was stuck with. Still have people contacting me one month after sales date asking about my old vehicle which should have been removed from my name a while ago. Not impressed with this dealership. More

Heiser is the best Chevrolet dealer in town. Amazing sales staff, Service department is exceptional. We Could not ask for more. I was getting the runaround with another local dealer, with the warranty r sales staff, Service department is exceptional. We Could not ask for more.
