Greg's a Broomfielder through and through. He joined the staff in 2002 as a manager. He's known for his gruff exterior, though most of us know that if you don't let it phase you, you can get to his soft nougaty center. As any good leader he commands respect and returns affection. He's a lot like Batman in that way. He loves the outdoors and his fifth wheel that he takes "camping".

Let's just say that car-buying is just about my least favorite thing to do; that is until I visited Sill Terhar Motors. I could not have been treated better and left with the feeling that I'm going to bu favorite thing to do; that is until I visited Sill Terhar Motors. I could not have been treated better and left with the feeling that I'm going to buy every car from now on from these guys. They were honest, attentive and made sure that I understood every inch of my new car. I feel lucky to have purchased my car from a dealership that truly cares about its customers, and will go that "extra mile" to make sure that the car-buying experience is a relaxed and enjoyable one. Our family lives in Broomfield and we are repeat Customers of Sill-Terhar's. I'm providing my ratings based on our last purchase, a 2014 Ford Escape SE for our daughter. When my daughter was back from college we made a spur of the moment decision to call Jeff saying we were on our way to come see him! Jeff took my call but happened to be taking a rare day off. He stopped what we was doing, made a call, and called me back in 5 minutes. He told me Greg would have some vehicles ready to drive when we got there. Greg went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed and our questions answered. The next morning we made our decision and worked with Jeff and Greg on pricing and came to a very fair number. The financing process was very straight forward. What I really appreciated was the way the guys at Sill-Terhar made sure to include my daughter in the process; taking their time to explain what was going on. Made initial contact about noon on Saturday, Nov 30th. Sent pic and window sticker of my trade, a 2008 Super Duty. Asked for approximate value of my trade and described the new truck I was looking for. Jeff Callies was the main contact; very professional, not pushy. He provided me with info on the units they had in stock that met the criteria I was looking for; a couple of emails and quick followup calls and we were in the ballpark. Maybe 20 minutes of my time invested at this point. Drove from Evergreen to the dealership and took a look at the new truck while they appraised my trade. Sat down with Jeff and worked through the numbers. I believed my trade was worth more so Jeff and I worked with Greg Larson; Greg was very transparent (unlike our President) and sat me in front of the computer and walked me through the calculations. He asked me where I needed to be on the trade; I told him, he plugged the number in and we shook hands. The entire buying process was probably less than 45 minutes including the phone/email time. The Finance Manager literally took five minutes of my time. I did have to wait for a bit while Jeff washed the new truck (twice), filled the gas tank and went over the vehicle with me. Watched the end of the Alabama/Auburn game on the big screen in the show room. Jeff contacted me Sunday morning wanting to know if I had any questions; told him I couldn't get the SYNC to talk to me. Jeff told me what I was doing wrong and it worked! I'm a very happy camper so far with the truck. Earlier I had contacted two other Ford dealers in the area (one I have bought two Super Duties from) and the follow-up was horrid. They were not good listeners and even though I sent the same info I sent to Jeff and Greg, they never followed up with the info I was requesting. One sends me an email about every two weeks asking if I'm still in the market ... I was always in the market but they just weren't listening. I will work with Jeff and Greg again in three years when my lease is up. I made a good living in sales/sales managment over the years; I understand what good sales people are all about; Jeff and Greg "get it". Dean More

Walked out with a super price on the vehicle. Walked in at 1:30 pm and drove away at 3:30 pm in my new vehicle--included negotiations, sales document(s) completion, tranfer of personal items from trade-in vehicle to purchased vehicle.
