The Service Associate deserved a "monetary tip" and refused my monetary tip, saying "he was just doing his job" and thanked me for my kindness. FIRST CLASS SERVICE AT CEDAR RAPIDS TOYOTA!!! Great Service! I took my Highlander in for the safety recall on the power window master switch. I also had an issue with my low tire pressure light (it wouldn't shu I took my Highlander in for the safety recall on the power window master switch. I also had an issue with my low tire pressure light (it wouldn't shut off even though I had a local garage check the tire pressure and all was fine. The Cedar Rapids service department checked everything out for me and told me it was my spare that caused the problem. They took care of everything quickly and efficiently; were courteous and friendly and it didn't cost me a dime! More

1st Experience I bought a 2015 Highlander from CR Toyota in August. Brought it in for the 6 month service and was very satisfied. My appointment was at 1:00 and I I bought a 2015 Highlander from CR Toyota in August. Brought it in for the 6 month service and was very satisfied. My appointment was at 1:00 and I was out of there by 1:30. I am looking forward to the new Service Department next year, the building they are in now seems a little cramped. I live 80 miles north and will continue to have my car serviced here as long as the experience is good. I will be making another appointment in 6 months at the CR Toyota Service Department. More

Even though we have to drive 40 miles your dealership and not have to wait a week and also to have an appointment, it is well worth the drive and satisfaction of a job well done and the friendly courteous service. Very Helpful and Informative Greg took my time crunch in to consideration and made sure that everything was looked at on my truck. Fell in love with the car then, and it's been a long and happy relationship ever since. I've gone through a lot of mechanics. Most of them wonderful, a couple not so good, but they didn't last long and the trouble they caused was more than made up by management. I love the service I get. They are thorough, quick, and explain everything so I understand what they are doing. The newest person I worked with, Greg, did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable with what was going on with the car. It's so much easier to deal with facts when you know where things stand, than if someone gives you the runaround, even if you have to spend money to get things squared away. You can be secure in the fact that you KNOW your car has been treated like special child it is. Even prices are reasonable. Not cheap, but when you get the kind of service you expect, it's not so hard to pay. More
