We bought our first one from Cedar Rapids Toyota in 2002 ( 1999 Rav 4), the second in 2012 (2010 Rav 4), and last week (05/30/19) our latest, another Certified Toyota Rav 4 (2017). We've only been in Iowa for 17 years and the only cars we've bought have been from Cedar Rapids Toyota. The dealership has grown by leaps and bounds since we began with them, but we can still count on the same dependability and consistently good service. Alan Makabi guided us through the hoops of purchasing our car from answering my e-mail to him about 10 days ago about the possibility of a purchase very soon to finally picking up the Rav 4 today. He and others at the dealership have gone out of their way to make you feel like you're an appreciated customer. More

Experience When you walk in the repair area, there are 4 desks with men behind them. When you go in, no one greeds you or even acts like they know you are there When you walk in the repair area, there are 4 desks with men behind them. When you go in, no one greeds you or even acts like they know you are there. When they do acknowledge you, they treat women like they don't know anything. They are rude. There was not any coolant in my radiator. They fixed the leak and put fluid in. A month later, the coolant was gone again. They said that happens sometime because air gets into it. Why didn't they tell me to check it a couple of days later to see if it had gotten filled???? When the vehicle is done, they tell you the car is out in the lot somewhere. After walking around for 10 minutes and not being able to find my car, I had to ask them where they parked it. They told me to use my key fob to locate it. More
