I picked up my car a day later and although they didn't find anything in particular related to the low idle, swapping out spark plugs (miss-firing) may solve the issue. Drove the car for the next 7-10 days and was still experiencing a low idle (stop lights & stop signs) so I made another appointment; Nicole set me up with a loaner car - super convenient. Dropped off my car, described the issue again (I have been through a couple tanks of gas in the last month). They let me know it would be about $150 for the diagnostic and they'd let me know if they found anything. Unfortunately, without delving deep into the engine (no check engine light - no codes to reference) I opted to pick it up and see just see what happens. I expected to pay the invoice when I picked up the car - diagnostic fee - but there was no charge on this occasion. Review: This is my second Subaru with Luther White Bear. I really appreciate the communication and efforts from the entire service team. Every interaction is professional. They provide great customer care that fosters long-term customer relationships. More

Minutes later, service manager Greg Nichols came back and said they had a minor incident with my car. One of the service crew had bumped my front bumper with another car and that Subaru would take care of it. Was feeling disappointed at the time. A few days later, got a call and said my car was ready. Went in, bumper was fixed, but the shop didn't do a good job, still scratches. Talk to service Manager-Manya Love and she said it would be resolve. Came back a couple of days later, and they threw in a new bumper. Accidents happens, but thanks to Greg and Manya for their great customer services, communications, and feedback, I am very satisfied on how things got resolved. Thanks to both! More

This happened just after our warranty ran out which was a huge bummer. Subaru waived the cost of the replacement and they were extremely fast and professional. While I am not impressed the condensor broke after so little time, I was thrilled with the service center's response. More

Good but expensive Very friendly and thorough, but really very expensive. I went in for an oil change and came out $425 poorer. Work very quickly and efficiently. Spring recall I came in, sat in the lounge and the recall was taken care of. They called me when finished and I drove away in a nice clean car. I came in, sat in the lounge and the recall was taken care of. They called me when finished and I drove away in a nice clean car. More

Disappointed in latest service and sales experience I took my 2010 Outback in to correct reason for flashing warning lights. Was advised by service technician that it needed $2500 in repairs. A very l I took my 2010 Outback in to correct reason for flashing warning lights. Was advised by service technician that it needed $2500 in repairs. A very long list. Hard to come up with that kind of money at this time. So I said give me the details and what is the minimum that is needed to get it back on the Road. That was $1500. So we did that and car is working fine. One of the additional recommendations was to replace timing belt, at $700. Technician said that he did not have a record of this being replaced, and that if it broke the entire engine would have to be replaced. So, I checked my own records, and this was replaced, at your dealership 40,000 miles ago, per general maintenance recommendations. So, I was a bit disappointed that the technician was pushing me to do a very expensive repair that your shop had already done, as scheduled. He needs to do a better records review. Furthermore, as I was consulting with the technician, I said that given the list of costly repairs, I may need to think about replacing this 2010 unit. And he said, this guy behind me, Mohammed, is in sales, he can help you with that. Very unsatisfactory experience with him. He took my car for a drive, came back and said that it is not worth much, and offered me $2000 for it. Said it was a really good offer, considering it’s condition. We then had a brief, tense, chat about lease vs purchase. I then went home and did A quick on line search for the resale value of my Outback. Your dealership, and others, are selling this very car for $7,000-8,000. Even private sales were all greater than $5000. So, in summary, I kind of felt like I was treated as a chump by these folks. I am sure that it was not intended this way. But they need to up their game on vehicle maintenance research and recommendations and customer relations. More
