extraordinary service & care Subaru graciously offered to pickup & drop-off my vehicle for servicing. I didn't want to wait at the dealership during servicing because of the COVI Subaru graciously offered to pickup & drop-off my vehicle for servicing. I didn't want to wait at the dealership during servicing because of the COVID-19. The gentleman picking up my car was wearing gloves & carrying a canister of wipes. Upon dropping off my car, the gentleman spent several minutes wiping down the steering wheel, etc., & he was always wearing gloves. The service center was in touch with me before, during, & after the appointment. The service was 5 star & more. I have always been pleased with this service center in the past. The way they are operating during this crisis is considerate, courteous, and superb. More

The appointment was easy to set up, the glass company coordinated everything with the dealer including in Needed to have cracked windshield replaced. Dealer was able to provide a loaner, upon my return my car was wiped down on the door handles and steering wheel with appropriate wipes. Done within the time frame they predicted. More

He kept me abreast of the process and time frame which passed rather quickly. I was impressed that he was strictly about the business at hand and did not attempt to foist any other services towards me beyond what I was there for. That is commendable and appreciated. More

Good people; questionable Extended Service policy Very good experience w/ Sales and Service staff. Not so much w/ Finance: had confounding electrical problems shortly after taking delivery (suspecting possible operator error, or parasitic drain- didn't dream a bum battery would be left to power the most beautiful/fancy car I've ever owned (and probably the last car I'll buy in my lifetime). Spent the cold weather w/ my battery charger almost always strapped up- didn't dare take it on the road and get it marooned somewhere on a distant car lot. A new n/c battery was recently installed- thank you very much !! I suggested it made good sense, and good Luther policy to revise my Extended Service contract to offset the exteded time my vehicle was out of commision sitting on my parking pad. As I understand, Luther would not make this adjustment. (Note: I'm a senior. Were I 50 years younger this saga would have moved along more quickly- I was a bit more busy and movin' faster when I was in my 30's). More

This is the only place I have my cars serviced over the past 14 years since I moved back to town. Have never been disappointed and my cars have worked extremely well. they are proactive and helpful for what needs to be done safety wise and this has been important for me as a mother to a daughter who drives quite a bit on freeways and in the winter months, back and forth to St Cloud and wherever.
